HERE AT HAIR SECRETS AND SPA We are a team made up of 11 professionally trained Stylist/Color Specialists: 1 Technician/ Receptionist: and 3 Specialists: a Nail Technician, a Massage Therapist and an Aesthetician. We have a large 2 floor salon with an elevator for those clients who are in need of one. (Check out our Our Shop/Virtual Tour on our Pages section for a great view of our Salon/Spa) We have 7 Cosmetologists on our ground floor and an additional 4 Cosmetologists and our 3 Specialists on our upper level. We have a Receptionist/ Technician who is always available to help you make your appointments or answer any questions you may have. Our Stylists and Specialists are always willing to assist with any questions you may have about any of the other services that we offer at Hair Secrets. We also have a wide variety of hair products for sale and are always willing to order a special product that you are accustomed to using if you would like us to do so. We are a group of Independent Contractors and have all been active in our profession for many years ranging from ten or more to as much as 54 years. We all specialize in styling and color management. This may be what bonded us together from the beginning. Our love of our craft and our extensive experience in the industry. I hope that you will give us a chance to make you a Hair Secrets client. *Linda D Phillips: OWNER/ Color Specialist/ Hair Designer:
(321)259-2144 Linda has been involved for 36 years in the beauty industry. She has worked and trained with some of most talented stylist around, from Miami to Orlando and now in Melbourne. She loves that every day is new and exciting, new styles, new colors, new smiles. Her training began in Miami working on multi–cultural hair. She continued her education in Orlando and then relocated to Satellite Beach where she opened her first salon in 1982. She This has been essential to her. To be able to give the client just what they want is so important to Linda.
Linda was extensively trained in Pivot Point Cutting. This is a very precise technique. Linda also excels in clipper and razor cutting. Her favorite thing to do is Hair Color. She says she is fascinated by how the placement of color can completely change a look. She opened Hair Secrets & Spa in 2001 and moved it to the present location in 2006. The shop expanded in 2009 to accommodate 12 of the most talented professionals in the area. Hair Secrets is a full service salon to include nails, massage and facials. She was asked recently about retiring? Linda told us that hair styling is in her heart, she loves her clients like they are family. No, she can’t see retiring any time soon. But when she does she wants to stay busy. She would like to give back, volunteering or possibly teaching cosmetology. The talent that was taught to her is a gift. She wants to pass it on.

*Marge Middleton Mills: Color Specialist/Hair Designer/ Master Cosmetologist (321) 720 0211 Marge began her career in Cosmetology in 1967. First becoming a Jr Cosmetologist and then two years later she went on to become a Master Cosmetologist in 1969. Married to a military man for now over 50 years, Marge traveled around the country working in 4 different states. She became licensed in all 4 of those states. Marge trained with Goldwell- Matrix- Paul Mitchell and Majurel and became certified with each of those companies. She specializes in all color techniques from Foils to Corrective Color. She also trained with Aveda-Scruples-Trevor Sorbie-Keune and Joico during her years in the D.C. area. She worked doing training seminars as well as platform work in shows such as the Big Apple Menagerie. Marge moved back to Florida in 1988 to the Suntree area. She owned a salon called Image Works in Suntree from 1990-2001. She then joined Linda when Hair Secrets opened and has been with Linda for 20 years. Marge strives to give clients the look that they want through Color and Cutting techniques. She is also a Perm expert and offers that service to those clients who need extra body in their hair. She wants each client to love their hair and the way that they look. And for each of them to look forward to coming again and again. Most of Marge’s clients have been with her for over 25 years now. She has been in the industry for over 52 years now and has no intention of retiring in the near future. When asked recently if she planned to retire, she said “Maybe at 75”

*Kim Demole: Color Specialist/Hair Designer (321) 961 0583 Kim puts client satisfaction as her number one priority. Second most important aspect of her business is educating her clients on how to maintain their hair. She shows them how to manage their style and also the products that they need to use to make it look optimal. Kim is certified in many Hair Cutting techniques, and also in Color and Foil procedures such as Bayliage, Ombre and the new Sombre. Kim uses the finest professional Italian Hair color that leaves your hair with great shine and texture. She has owned a salon, also managed a large chain of salons and has worked as an Educator for several hair product companies. She has also volunteered for the Look Good, Feel Better program that is set up for cancer patients and also works with the Blue Thong Society that works with foster and adopted children. Kim is a very caring person. She is a fabulous Stylist and a wonderful person to know. Her clients all love her and have been with her for years. Kim truly cares about each person she meets and it shows in her work. She wants each person that comes to her for their hair needs to leave totally happy with the end results. Kim is very good at what she does and her clients love what she does to their hair. Kim is one of the very best in the industry.

*Annalisa Hontz Renkiewicz: Color Specialist/Hair Designer (321) 259 2144 or (571) 316 3097 Originally trained at Paul Mitchell the school Tyson's Corner in northern Virginia. Annalisa has been in love with hair since she was a child and has combined that love with her background in art to specialize in custom colors for all of her clients. Her greatest joy is to create something that her clients feel beautiful in and can maintain at home with ease. Annalisa has earned her reputation as one of the best in color techniques. She has been working in the industry for many years now and her work shows her true talent in the field. Annalisa loves what she does. It shows in everything she does. When you sit in her chair, you are given full attention to detail in getting the result that you want for your hair color and style. Annalisa has taken extensive training in cutting, coloring and foiling techniques. She is one of the best stylists working in the industry today. We are lucky to have her with us at Hair Secrets and Spa.
*Joyce Hilins: Independent Hair Stylist : (321) 408 9341 Joyce has been in the Beauty Industry since 1982. She has practiced in all areas of the Industry participating in everything from working as a commissioned Stylist to Group management. She has also owned a Salon at one time. In 1985, shortly after passing her Virginia State Board exams, Joyce took training from Glimby International in razor cutting and excelled in razor cuts. She moved to Florida in 2001. She then became certified in Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Complex and Chi Envero Smoothing Techniques and then went on to learn the Donna Bella tape in Hair Extension method. She is also a Certified Make Up Artist with New Skills Academy. Joyce is a perfectionist when it comes to her work with her clients, spending time listening to them and making sure that they are happy with their hair when they come to her. She enjoys all aspects of the industry but color is her main love. She is in her element when she does a dimensional color that adds depth and movement to the style that she has created. Joyce is there to please her clients and spends as much time as is necessary to make sure that each client feels valued.
In 2018, Joyce developed her company, Angel Wings Hair Design. She will come to each client, whether they are home bound or in a local institutional facility, to do their hair. She also does this for weddings. This is limited to a 30 mile radius and there is a small additional charge for the service but for some people it is everything they ever dreamed of having. Someone to come do their hair at a time when they thought they would never enjoy that experience again. Joyce is indeed an Angel spreading her Wings. Joyce is not just an ultimate professional, she is a wonderful caring person as well.

*Sara Anne Bowen: Color Specialist/Hair Designer (321) 259 2144 or (321) 960 1713 Sarah is a Master Stylist and Goldwell Color Specialist. She is also an Ouidad Certified Stylist also known as an expert in curly hair. She received her Hot Head Certification as well. So come on in for your hair extensions! You will have one of the best working on your hair. Sara will always strive to be the best at everything she does. She continues to educate herself with the latest trends and technology in Cutting and Color. Listening and understanding her clients needs is her specialty. Her clients know that when they are in Sara’s chair, they are going to be treated with care and understanding. Sara wants each client to leave happy with the end result. Color and Cut need to be right on. They need to love their new look and feel confident in how to maintain it. Sara gives them all of that and more. She is a great Stylist and an even greater person. We are all fortunate to work with Sarah.

Terra: Pivot Point International Designer (321) 543 5111 Terra is an International Pivot Point Designer. She has taken extensive training in other areas of Cosmetology such as Hair Color and Foils. Add these to her cutting techniques and the finished product is superb. Terra loves what she does and has been in the industry for many years. Terra’s clients love her both for her work and for her wonderful personality. There is never a dull moment with Terra in the room. Her personality makes everyone who meets her love her. She is a very special person who seems to love everyone she meets. Her clients have been with her for years. Terra is up on all of the current techniques and performs each of them with the skill that only an experienced Cosmetologist can offer. This is the main reason that her clients come back again and again to have her perform her magic.

*TaeHee Tormoen: Color Specialist/Hair Designer (321) 544 4912 TeeHee specializes in hair cutting, color and foil procedures. She loves working with Paul Mitchell and Rusk product, two companies that have been around for years and make the hair look and feel superb. She strives to educate her clients on the best way to achieve the style they want with the final look that they dream of having. Style and Color go hand in hand together to get a fabulous look. TaeHee wants her clients to have the total end result that makes them want to come back again and again to have her do her magic. TaeHee excels in scissor and razor cuts. *Robyn Barens: Color Specialist/Hair Designer (321) 917 2483 Robyn is a licensed cosmetologist with 19 years of experience and has been with Hair Secrets & Spa for 8 years. Specializing in dimension and corrective color, she is extremely client-focused. She
believes that it is essential to listen and understand each client’s individual needs and wants to achieving the look they are looking for. She is passionate that when her clients leave the salon they feel their absolute best. To ensure my client’s get the best experience possible she continues her education staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in cutting and color. She can create, correct, or match any color a client may desire. Whether you are looking for a complete hair makeover or just maintaining your current look, she can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
*Amanda Lynn Hake: Amanda comes to us from Hair Cuttery where she was a former Salon Leader/ Master Stylist. Amanda is a phenomenal Stylist and a great person. She has a bubbly personality that everyone loves her for. She wins you over in minutes with her smile and caring attitude. Her goal is to please her clients and never stop listening to their wants and needs.
Amanda has been a licensed Master Stylist since 2010. She has had advanced trained with great companies such as Aveda. She is always looking for hair challenges and expanding her creativity. She loves doing kids haircuts and excels at men/s haircuts also. She is an expert at Fades.
Amanda's main focus is on what is called CCCS. Cut, Color, Condition and Style. She offers all color services including:
Ombre- Fashion Color Blondes and Balayage- Dimensions.

* Chelsea Firth: Chelsea has been in the industry for over 12 years now and loves every minute of it. She has done such fabulous things as work at Walt Disney World doing hair and make up on children, transforming them into the character that they always dreamed of being. She then moved back to Melbourne to again work in a Salon. Chelsea's extensive knowledge in children's hair cuts and men's fades stems from her years of experience in the field. Getting her hands into a new style that a client is wanting to try is what makes her work exciting and brings her love for Cosmetology to life. Working with Color, Highlights and Fashion color is a passion of hers. *Lisa Drago: Lisa has been in the nail industry for many years and there is little she does not know about nail care. She specializes in Manicures and Pedicures, Gel Nails and Shellac manicures. Lisa is one of the best in the business.
*Laura Parkinson: LMT/ Massage Therapist: Tuesday- Saturday: Call her at (321) 698 6609 Laura has been an experienced massage therapist for many years dealing with all aspects of massage. She is one of the very best at what she does. Laura takes the time to make sure each client who comes to her leaves feeling special. The combination of her extensive training and her caring nature make each massage that she does one that the client will not soon forget. Laura is the best at what she does. She is educated in helping patients dealing with fibromyalgia and other conditions that need special training. She specializes in deep tissue massage, cupping and myofascial issues. * Gina Baker is our Fabulous Technician. She is an experienced Cosmetologist who has experience in all aspects of doing hair. That experience shows in everything she does in the Salon. Gina goes above and beyond to make sure that each client has a pleasant experience whether it is their first visit to the salon or a regular occurrence. Some of our clients look forward to Gina’s special shampoo each week. She makes them all feel special when they sit in her chair. Gina assists all stylist by doing the shampooing, Foil and Color removal and neutralization of Perms. She makes our lives so much easier and we appreciate her help so very much. Everyone has a better day with Gina in it.
Gina is also our Receptionist and would be happy to assist you with scheduling your next visit, if you do not do so directly with your Stylist. We have clients who call their Stylist directly and we have some who prefer to call in to the shop to make their next appointment. So please feel free to call in with any questions you may have.
