My passion is relieving my clients' chronic pain with an ultimate goal of living a pain free life. For
over ten years as a license therapist I have worked with thousands of people using a blend of massage techniques including myofascial release and trigger point therapy to reduce and relieve pain and improve quality of life. Often, musculoskeletal pain surfaces many years AFTER an initial injury. Childhood injury or a car accident that occurred YEARS ago is often the reason for pain. Muscle scarring and damage that can happen at the time of injury affects how your soft tissue and muscles function and feel today. It is difficult to live every day with symptoms of pain. It affects your energy/mental state/relationships and job. I promise to listen to your needs.
